We do not offer refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the 7-day return period begins on the date an individual item is delivered, not when the complete order is received. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, each item may have a different return window.
Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All manuals, accessories, freebies, and other items included with the original purchase must be returned.
- An item is eligible for exchange only if it is defective or damaged. This includes broken seals or damaged packaging/bottles where the product may have been exposed to contamination.
- We do not accept exchanges due to an ingredient not being suitable for you. All ingredients are clearly listed on our website, and customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before placing an order.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind or simply no longer want the product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
